These beta terms, version 2026-09-11, govern your use of Cyberpigeon. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the organization you name. Creating an account requires an affirmative acceptance of these terms and acknowledgement that the privacy notice was provided. This acknowledgement is not consent to marketing or a waiver of privacy rights.

What the beta provides

Cyberpigeon provides account and agent-mailbox management, scoped API keys, message history, and email APIs. An agent here is an email identity managed by your application; Cyberpigeon does not independently execute an AI agent. Email sending and receiving depend on provider activation, domain verification and account approval. Creating a mailbox or obtaining a key does not guarantee mail activation. Business subscriptions are available through Stripe when billing is enabled in the console. Payment purchases the stated mailbox capacity and monthly allowance; it does not activate sending or receiving. Checkout requires a separate acknowledgement if delivery is not activated.

Subscriptions and usage — billing terms 2026-09-12

Paid subscriptions are for business purchases. Launch costs USD 49 per month for 100 mailboxes and 10,000 email units; Scale costs USD 149 per month for 1,000 mailboxes and 50,000 units. Each optional block adds 10,000 units for USD 20 per month. Prices exclude applicable tax, calculated and collected by Stripe using your billing address and tax details. Provide your business legal name and complete billing details, including VAT identification where applicable. The seller is ScargoAI EOOD, UIC 208133684, VAT BG208133684.

Your plan and chosen blocks renew monthly until canceled. Stripe shows the total including applicable tax before you confirm payment. A unit is an outbound recipient accepted into the queue or an inbound mailbox delivery. Idempotent replays and provider retries do not count twice; queued sends count even if later delivery fails. Allowances reset at the paid billing period boundary and unused units expire. No automatic overage fees apply. Outbound sending pauses when the monthly allowance is exhausted; inbound mail continues to be recorded and counted. Operational and abuse safeguards can also limit sending. Contact support to change an existing plan or its capacity.

Use Billing to open the Stripe portal, update payment details, obtain payment documents, or cancel renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no automatic prorated refund. Contact support about billing errors and refund requests; mandatory legal rights are unaffected. Failed or unpaid renewals do not provide a new paid allowance. When paid capacity ends, existing mailboxes and messages are preserved; creating mailboxes uses the free-plan limit. Closing your account cancels the subscription immediately and revokes access, without an automatic refund. If Stripe cannot confirm cancellation, closure pauses and can be retried.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, safeguard passwords, recovery codes and API keys, restrict keys to the permissions an agent needs, and revoke compromised credentials promptly. You are responsible for the actions you authorize your agents to take. Keep human approval for sensitive actions and treat received email as untrusted input. You must own or be authorized to use a custom domain and maintain the required DNS records.

Acceptable use

Do not send spam or unlawful unsolicited messages; harvest or buy lists without lawful permission; impersonate people or organizations; send phishing, malware, fraudulent or deceptive content; evade quotas or provider controls; violate intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use the service to access accounts without authorization. Follow applicable marketing, privacy and communications laws, including required sender identification and opt-out handling. Agent automation does not remove these responsibilities.

Do not upload special-category personal data, children's data, payment-card secrets or regulated health records during this beta without a separate written arrangement and risk assessment. Before using Cyberpigeon to process personal data on behalf of others, arrange the required data processing agreement and notices. The DPA page describes what must be agreed.

Content, reliability and suspension

You retain your rights to content and grant only the permissions needed to store, transmit and display it under your instructions. Email is not end-to-end encrypted by Cyberpigeon. Delivery can fail, be delayed or be rejected by recipient systems. HTTP 202 means queued, not delivered; inspect delivery events before acting on an assumed outcome. The beta carries no SLA or guaranteed deliverability, and you should maintain your own business-critical records.

Access may be limited or suspended to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations or provider requirements. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and steps to resolve it. This does not limit rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Ending use

You may export your data and close your account in Settings. Closure revokes access and starts the deletion process described in the privacy notice. Previously transmitted mail can remain with recipients and providers. Remove the corresponding DNS records after leaving the service. Material changes to these terms require notice and, where necessary, renewed acceptance. Contact the provider above for contractual questions.
