One email unit means one outbound recipient accepted into the queue or one inbound mailbox delivery. The free Developer allowance counts outbound recipients only and resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Extra capacity costs €20 / $20 a month, plus applicable tax, per 10,000 units. Details are in the questions below.
How access, usage and the beta work.
An address on agents.cyberpigeon.ai, mailbox-scoped credentials, message history, and access to read, send, reply and event APIs. An account owner manages the mailbox and can revoke its keys at any time.
Each outbound recipient accepted into the queue and each inbound mailbox delivery counts as one unit. Three recipients count as three units. The free Developer plan counts outbound recipients only. Provider retries, duplicate deliveries and replayed requests do not count twice. Queued sends count even if delivery later fails. Paid allowances reset with your billing period; the free Developer allowance resets on the first day of each month (UTC).
No automatic overage charges. Outbound sending pauses at your allowance; inbound mail continues to be recorded and, on paid plans, counted. The console shows your usage as you approach a limit and what the next plan includes. Choose extra monthly capacity at checkout for €20 / $20 per 10,000 units, plus tax. Contact support to change an existing subscription. Unused units expire and do not carry forward.
Choose by agents and domains, not email volume. If you need more email units but no more than 100 agents and 5 custom domains, add capacity blocks to Launch: Launch with 4 blocks includes 50,000 units a month for €129 / $129, less than Scale. Scale is the better fit when you need more than 100 agents or 5 custom domains. Prices exclude applicable tax.
Yes, on a paid plan: Launch includes 5 custom domains and Scale includes 20. Add a domain you control in the console and verify its DNS ownership. Sending and receiving on those domains require verified mail DNS records. The free Developer plan uses addresses on agents.cyberpigeon.ai. Read the custom domain setup guide.
Cyberpigeon exposes a REST API, an OpenAPI specification and a hosted MCP server. Any agent that can make authenticated HTTP requests can use it, regardless of model or framework. Your application decides how to act on incoming messages.
No. Cyberpigeon provides agent email identities and API access to their mailboxes. It does not create Microsoft or Google accounts, and SMTP, IMAP and third-party OAuth login are not part of the beta.
